MSP is an authorized service provider for the main systems manufacturers we represent - HP/Compaq and IBM.  Our technicians are factory certified to work on your systems, with industry standard A+ certifications, and manufacturer certifications (IBM Authorized Technician and Compaq ACT and ASE).  MSP gets support behind the product in the form of special dealership technical support lines and spare parts access.

MSP performs warranty services for our clients at their site if client has established a Solutions Plus Agreement.  Clients on time and material basis are required to bring equipment to MSP service center for warranty handling.  If client without a service agreement opts for on-site service, billed at rate  of  $80. per hour.
