MSP urges all clients to work with us and PC manufacturers - Compaq, IBM and Hewlett Packard - to determine a computer standard for your business. Once a model is chosen with a life cycle verified by the manufacturer, PCs and Notebooks are purchased in volume with preloaded software images of your company's standard software load. Computer systems are then delivered to your business "cloned" - with identical internal hardware components and software load. Workstations are ready to be rolled out to the end user!

MSP Provides the client with CD set of their standard software load for in-house IT Department use.

This ultimately makes support services for your IT Department much simpler, as workstations are redundant. Technician handling help desk calls arrives to assist user having worked on this model of PC numerous times previously, knowing its features and how to troubleshoot & repair.
